CONTINUUM features a selection of paintings and prints from the last three decades by Billy Hassell, a Texas-based artist with a focus on nature, conservation, and the environment. His colorful depictions of native flora and fauna combine abstraction and representation resulting in vivid and expressive compositions that have been described as studies in “stylized naturalism” and “rooted in a deep sense of place.”
